Radiance by Rebekah will issue a refund or replacement if picture evidence is provided of a piece breaking within 30 days or less. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders will use USPS ground advantage shipping and will arrive 2-5 business days from the ship date.
